This is a complete after-hours private access to the 90-acre living history museum filled with haunted and historic buildings. This is a full immersion paranormal adventure. Each location has a unique history as told by the spirits who remain to tell their stories.
There are no paved roads and there is no heating/AC or electricity. What there is are haunted buildings all around the property!! The only light is from the flashlights we provide and the moon. Bring water, walking shoes and an open mind. 50% of the ticket fee goes to the farm.

On this 90-minute locally owned bus tour discover the true story of when on April 7, 1900, the largest dam in North America collapsed beneath the raging waters of Austin's Colorado River. Sit back in climate-controlled comfort and discover Austin's Lost Legend and enjoy an immersive surround sound storytelling experience.
We are ready for private groups of 15-29 people!

What is an immersive experience?
You will listen to the riveting story with surround sound effects. The bus has an LED display screen where you can see the monumental task of building the dam and then the aftermath after it collapsed.
