We love looking at a day on Bainbridge through our visitors — even more so when they are talented artists and share about their wanderings! Just lovely! Seattle-based, illustrator Tonia made her way from the ferry to take in the exhibits at the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art, enjoyed a walk through Winslow with a stop Blackbird Bakery for a fresh-baked treat and then an afternoon of exploring Bloedel Reserve! What a fun day! She chronicled her visit here with drawings and pictures. Lucky us! 🖼️☕️🥐🌲

Two farms on Bainbridge. Two days of fun! If you enjoyed the Kitsap Farm Tour this past weekend here on the island you hopefully made it to both Bainbridge Vineyards and Seattle Area Lavender and Nature Experiences! This FREE summertime event from 12-8pm on August 8th (Washington Museum Day!) will be jam-packed with live music, art, food, a b**r garden, local vendors, and, best of all, YOU! Whether you’re here to see your favorite band, grab a drink and some food with friends, make art, or just enjoy a perfect summer day, the BIMA Block Party is the place to be. Plus, this year, Rockin’ Ruby’s Records are joining the party with their own special stage and bands throughout the day!
