Started in 2017, we are a local family-owned historic tour company that seeks to create equitable perspectives of history and the paranormal.

We care deeply about history, folklore and authentic paranormal experiences. We are Curious Twins (Fred & Stephen). What differentiates us from other paranormal companies is that we care deeply about history, folklore and authentic paranormal experiences. For example: We don't do jump scares, we don't make up stories, and we don't dress up as characters. In our tours and investigations, we do our best to establish what is fact and what is fiction. Every year we host two large paranormal conferences: The San Antonio Psychic & Spirit Fest (every May) and The San Antonio Paranormal Fest (every September). In 2025, we were excited to coordinate with the New England Society of Psychic Research (NESPR) to showcase the notorious haunted Annabelle Doll to over 1500 visitors. Our past community partners include: The San Antonio River Authority, Government Canyon State Natural Area, The Nat Washer Masonic Lodge and The King William Association. Recently, we launched a dark tourism podcast called “Curious Travels: A Morbid Travel Guide” and a weekly blog titled, “The Morbid Travel Guide,” accessible at morbidtravelguide.com.

What to Expect:
- Family-Friendly & Respectful: All ages are welcome! Our tours are educational, respectful, and engaging for everyone.
- Chilling History & Ghost Lore: Discover strange facts, rich local history, and legendary tales buried within the cemetery's grounds.
- Borrow an EMF Detector: Every group will get to use an EMF detector (One Per Group) during the walk as we share ghost stories and local lore. Please note: This is a guided walking tour with device monitoring, not an open-ended ghost hunt.
- Halloween costumes are highly encouraged!

It’s almost Halloween! A haunted bookstore + tacos + pan dulce on the River Walk = the haunted Brentano’s bookstore, now home to Alamo Biscuit Co.

Join us at the historic and haunted Victoria's Black Swan Inn for a daytime tour of the home and grounds. Currently, only guests who book tours with us are allowed inside the old mansion. During the tour you will be able to go inside the home, listen to the history of the property as well as its haunted history. This is a 1-hour tour. (We offer more in depth tours, events, and private tours of the property.)

Our next available date to investigate a real Masonic Lodge is open for bookings!

Join us this November as we explore the deep history and paranormal mysteries of the Nat Washer Masonic Lodge, located in the heart of San Antonio's King William Historic District. This building has lived many lives—as a private residence built in the 1800’s, a doctor’s office, and even a funeral viewing parlor.

Explore the lodge and the surrounding King William neighborhood with experienced paranormal investigators. After a short walking tour of the neighborhood, we will offer you the use of our paranormal research equipment to use for independent investigation on three floors of the haunted mansion, including the basement.

The lights will be OUT for our special Flashlight Cocktail Tour at the historic and haunted Victoria’s Black Swan Inn. This after-dark tour offers a unique atmosphere as we turn the lights out inside the house. It is an ideal setting for a date night or an evening out with friends!

The night begins with a shot, followed by a guided tour of the home & grounds, where we share documented history and chilling folklore. The evening concludes with three refreshing cocktails, dessert, and time for independent exploration of the home and property.

Join us on one of the spookiest days of the year (Friday the 13th) with a flashlight tour and investigation of the notoriously haunted Yorktown Memorial Hospital.

This property has been featured on several TV shows, “Ghost Adventures”, “It Feels Evil,” “Destination Fear,” as well as major YouTube channels like "Sam and Colby" and "Amy’s Crypt."

Curious Twins Tours will give you a full tour of the property, sharing its history and all the paranormal hot spots in the building. You will have access to seasoned paranormal investigators to ask questions or get help. You may bring your own paranormal investigation tools or borrow ours for the night (EMF Detectors, dowsing rods, cat balls, temperature readers). You will also get a reference sheet with all the info you need for investigation. We will provide light snacks and water to guests.

About The Hospital:
Yorktown Memorial Hospital in Texas was built in 1951 and was run by the Felician Sisters of The Roman Catholic Church. It closed its doors as a hospital in 1986, when it became a drug rehab facility until its total decommission in 1992. It's been abandoned for 27 years. It's reported to be highly active and very haunted.
