Not your average work trip...

This weekend, C&L team members shared a whitewater rafting adventure down the Kennebec River in Maine where the water was flowing at turbine test conditions. MAYTAG was roaring at high release from 8,400 cubic feet of water per second. Two employees even launched out of the boat for an unexpected swim. Thankfully, the team pulled together and got them right back in.

It was a great day on the river and an absolutely wonderful way to spend time with our coworkers. Thanks to our boss for helping to make this happen and those who joined in on the fun.

One of our favorite days of the year! Yesterday, we were right back at Bangor School Department's James F. Doughty School for their end-of-year field day. This marks our sixth time partnering with Doughty School to help celebrate another wonderful school year.

This isn't just any event! Our team comes out for a full day of fun. From disc golf to building and flying planes and ending it all with lunch and ice cream. This year, students from Vine Street School even joined us.

We continue to be so thankful for the incredible staff, students, and our own crew who help make this celebration of our local students and teachers possible. We are always proud to sponsor and work together for this huge end-of-year event.
