A final blog post from our incredible time in . This country has so much to offer, not the least of which is new family to carry home with us in our hearts. If you’re lucky, you’ve experienced the ocean with no wind and no swell. It’s rare. In the years I’ve spent on the ocean, I can think of only a handful of times I’ve seen it. It happened this morning, here off the coast of Croatia, in the Kornati Islands. We took full advantage.

I didn’t realize how dramatic this coastline was here in Croatia. And the real drama is underwater, hidden to everyone except the few that get the right conditions and have the right skills (swimming) to see it.
