An analysis by the city says repairs may not work on the seawall/promenade at the downtown waterfront, and now a complete rebuild might be necessary, possibly taking 3 to 5 years. ☹️

The downtown Beaufort waterfront seawall needs replaced, and not repaired, leading the city to say it could take up to 5 years.
