AND equally important, having a doula means having someone continually with you! By assisting you, comforting you, providing natural pain management techniques, getting you into the right p

ositions to help labor progress, helping your partner to best support you, and by bearing witness to your labor, I hope to be a meaningful addition to your care provider that provides you continual care and support for the best birthing experience possible.

These class are designed to teach you everything you need to have have an easier birth, prepare for successful breastfeeding, and empower you as new parents and make new friends. These classes are taught in person at the beautiful Hanai Center in Bend Oregon. Some classes also available online.
