Keep your arms straight overhead with your hands together and your head tucked between your arms. A strong streamline helps you enter the water smoothly.

☑️ Look Down 👀
Focus your eyes on the water. Looking down helps guide your body into a safe, clean dive.

☑️ Push, Don't Jump 💥
Drive forward from your starting position rather than jumping up. A forward push creates better momentum and allows for a more efficient entry.
