agency to handle the travel needs of its employees and missionaries. The modern Morris Murdock Travel is the result of combining multiple other travel companies, including the 1996 merger of Morris Travel and Beehive Tours and Travel and the 2000 merger of Morris Travel and Murdock Travel, among others. The company also developed from several acquisitions including Seattle's Diamond Travel, Corporate Travel Services, and Utah's LDS Travel Study, a provider of LDS faith-based travel.

Here’s how it works:
•You don’t need a plane ticket
•You must be a TSA PreCheck member
•Apply for a Gateside pass in advance
•Once approved, you can go through security and access the gates to say goodbye, welcome someone home, or spend time with a loved one during a long layover.

✨2027 Temple Open House: We’re Bringing The World To Salt Lake City!✨
We are excited to announce that Morris Murdock Escorted Tours will be hosting special tours of Salt Lake City and surrounding Utah LDS Church history sites in 2027! 🇺🇸⛪️

For years and years, we’ve taken our travelers all over the country and the world to experience Church history where it happened. We’ve traveled to the sites of the Restoration, walked through pioneer communities, visited temples and historic places, and shared the stories of the people who sacrificed so much to build the Church. Well in 2027 we get to stay home!

And there’s so much more to look forward to! These special experiences will include tickets to the Salt Lake City Temple Open House, choir performances, and other private events not open to the public!

These 2027 SLC Temple tours are coming soon, and we can’t wait to share all the details with you!

One of Dani’s favorite things is hearing from travelers after their tours and learning about the feelings and experiences they had in places like the Sacred Grove and Carthage Jail. Her passion for creating meaningful travel experiences truly shines through in everything she does.

When asked what he loves about being a tour director / where his favorite tour destination was, Michael says:

“To answer this question is just about like answering which of your children is your favorite! I love all my tours and all of my travelers and they mean so much to me. The relationships we have built have become pillars for us. When we make new friends and then we travel together over and over, nothing could make me happier. I love sharing this amazing world and how I feel about it with others. We have especially loved sharing Italy and Germany over the years. I don’t think there is a more amazing single city than Florence, a more life-changing single event than the Passion Play, and a more enjoyable season than the Christmas Markets in Bavaria. However, our most recent tour to Iceland and Norway was so special and it was a marvelous combination of the people, the places, and shared spirit of adventure, discovery and caring for one another. If there is any one thing I hope my travelers take away from my tours, it is love. Love of these incredible places, love for our wonderful world and love of each of them as individuals.”
