The rescheduled 716 Celebrates: Stars, Stripes & Signers is taking over Buffalo’s waterfront for Labor Day weekend in celebration of America’s 250th anniversary.

Today’s festivities will conclude with a major waterfront fireworks spectacular produced by Skylighters.
