Boonaa Mohammed Boonaa Mohammed is joining us in Punta Cana as our night show host, and we couldn’t be more excited!
Brother Boonaa has been with us from the very beginning, so this is a real full-circle moment. If you’ve been on one of our trips before, you already know the energy he brings. Nope, those are not the famous umbrellas in the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah.

These beautiful giant umbrellas are actually in Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah (Great Mosque of Central Java) in Semarang, Indonesia - one of the country’s most striking mosques. And yes, there’s a reason they look so familiar.

The mosque’s six enormous hydraulic umbrellas were inspired by the iconic umbrellas of Masjid an-Nabawi in Madinah. Standing around 20 metres tall, they open and close automatically to provide shade for worshippers in the expansive courtyard.

But there’s so much more to this mosque than its umbrellas. Completed in 2006, Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah beautifully brings together Javanese, Islamic and Roman architectural influences, creating a space that feels both deeply rooted in its local culture and unmistakably Islamic. At its heart is the magnificent dome, surrounded by towering minarets and the impressive 99-metre Asmaul Husna Tower.

When we travel at Husna, we make room for something bigger than ourselves: giving back to our brothers and sisters who need our support.

Through our ongoing giveback initiative in partnership with Human Concern International Human Concern International, we’re reminded that our blessings are also opportunities to bring relief, hope, and comfort to others.

Alhamdulillah, with the support and sponsorship of our amazing guests; here are some of the ways we’ve been able to give back:

🩵 Sponsoring food for over 4,000 orphans for an entire year this year. That’s thousands of children whose meals they’ve helped provide.

🩵 Supporting orphans with essential hygiene supplies, including truckloads of hygiene boxes.

🩵 Supporting safe pregnancies and C-sections for mothers in Gaza, helping mothers and their babies receive the care they need. We’ve also provided hygiene packages for each mother.

And this is what makes our trips so meaningful. It’s not just about the destinations we visit or the memories we create. It’s about what we can do with the blessings Allah has given us and the difference we can make when we choose to give.
