Mama, Nonni, wife, business owner — and somewhere in there I’m supposed to also be a person with, like, hobbies? I cannot even. Here’s the deal though: the version of “self care” I actually get most days is booking someone else’s magical vacation while mine is spent constantly taking pictures, videos, notes, etc. Asking allll the questions my clients might need to know. And trying to squeeze in some fun along the way! But that’s exactly why I do this job the way I do it — I know what it’s like to be running on fumes and still trying to plan the trip that makes your whole family’s year. So let ME be the self care. Hand off the planning stress to somebody who gets it, and go be present with your crew instead of buried in fifty browser tabs.
