We had nothing but a good time on the Tennessee River this morning. I had out Tim Adkinson & his beautiful family out to chase some cats. We found quality & action, I will take that any day!

This morning I had Joe & his boy Jadyn to chase some cats on the Tennessee River. We kept the poles bent all morning , there were several times we couldn't keep a bait in the water hardly without getting bit. We totaled 31 fish with both of my guest landing their personal best several times over!

Yesterday evening I had the opportunity to get an old buddy Matt Arden ( Creteus for all you old Catfish1.com guys.) To say we've been fishing together for a long time is an understatement, from Santee, Altamaha, West Point , & Lake Oconee. I've attached a couple photos on here from 20 years ago. He brought his son Matthew and we managed to get his PB in the 30 # club, although dad caught the big fish for the evening, great times on the Tennessee River!

I had Mike Moore & his crew up from the Charlotte area to chase the cats. Unknowingly Mike knew one of my fishing mentors Capt Roundhill, they worked in the acoustic ceiling business over 30 years ago! We kept the poles bent again boating 26 fish in 6hrs, the giants evaded us but definitely fun action!

Day 2 with Dennis Musgraves & crew we kept the poles bent up really good with 18 fish in 6hr. Dennis travels down all the way from Alaska to visit his family right here in Chattanooga & loves chasing these Tennessee cats every chance he gets!

It felt good to get on the hunt after a long break. We worked for it last night getting 8 fish in 6hr/ 6 going over 20lb , 34lb flattie big fish & personal best for all 3 of my guest from Florida!

Eric and I had an old fashioned school yard brawl this morning on the light gear.. After 3 hours of drift fishing it was settled 6-5, 10 blues & a channel cat. Yall can guess who won, but E Dirty should of packed some snacks...

Felt great to get back in the game this morning with my crew from Connecticut. We had an absolute slamma jamma of a morning on light tackle with close to 30 cats , 5 blues measured long enough for TWRA trophy class fish with 2 - in the 40s, 2 - in 30s & some 20s & smalls mixed in. Im booking up for September & fall, give me a call!
