We were very excited to catch up with Ella and get this sneak peek into their chocolate-making process. Ella Livingston is the brilliant mind behind Cocoa Asante and she specializes in bringing the flavors to life with high-end chocolates that are almost too beautiful to eat. As a self-taught chocolatier, Ella founded Cocoa Asante in 2018 to honor her family’s legacy as cacao farmers. You can find her handcrafted chocolates online via their website, and sometimes they can be found locally at Hart & Hive Provisions, Joli Jardin, and Locals Only, but hurry and get one before they sell out – Ella’s treats have a huge national following!
