Great news for Chattanooga! Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority announced a $25 million federal grant to bring 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬 to downtown Chattanooga.

This project is a great example of what makes our community strong: bringing together transportation, technology, workforce development and tourism to enhance the visitor experience and strengthen our destination.

We're excited to see what's next!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Partner Mixer! We appreciate the great company, conversations and reminders of what makes Chattanooga special.

At our mixer, we also celebrated a milestone worth sharing. In 2025, Chattanooga welcomed 11.5 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬, generating $1.9 𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠. This record-breaking achievement reflects the experiences, hospitality and partnerships each of you create every day.

Visitors to Hamilton County generated a record-breaking $1.9 billion in spending in 2025, a 4% increase over 2024 and outpacing Tennessee and national growth rates.

This visitor spending contributed $193 million in state and local tax revenue. That translates to approximately $1,251 in annual tax savings for every Hamilton County household.

The growth reflects new investment too. From 2018 to 2025, 19 new hotel properties opened in Hamilton County, adding more than 2,000 rooms.
