Tennessee State Park #59!
As of today, North Chickamauga Creek Gorge is officially a state park!! 🎉

Located in Soddy Daisy, folks can hike its trails (there are currently four), kayak down the creek, or cool off at the popular Blue Hole. Go out and explore the outdoors especially since the temps will start cooling down 🌳🥾

Remember to leave no trace.

World of Bluegrass is Coming to Chattanooga!

We are excited to announce that Chattanooga will host IBMA’s World of Bluegrass from 2025-2027, starting with the inaugural event on Sept. 16-20, 2025. This incredible opportunity is made possible by Tennessee’s Special Event Fund.

Established in 2022, the Special Event Fund was designed to attract large-scale events to Tennessee, generating substantial economic benefits. Chattanooga is proud to be the first recipient of this fund, which supports events expected to bring in over $10 million in visitor spending.

The World of Bluegrass event will feature a convention, tradeshow, awards show, artist showcases, and a two-day live music festival. We anticipate over 18,000 overnight visitors and $30.1 million in economic impact for our community.

Stay tuned for more updates and visit VisitChattanooga.com/WOB for details on how to participate.
