Midwest BootCamp!
I’M NOT JUST BUILDING A BUSINESS. I’M BUILDING A FUTURE!
There’s something powerful about being invited into rooms where leadership isn’t just a title… it’s an ACTION!
This past weekend, I spent time in St. Louis surrounded by some of the top leaders in our company, including our Vice President.
And I walked away with a whole new level of respect, knowledge, and appreciation for what I’m a part of.
These weren’t people just talking about success. These were leaders taking time out of their own schedules to pour into their business partners, share their knowledge, answer questions, and genuinely invest in the growth of others.
THAT is the kind of leadership I respect.
THAT is the kind of company I’m proud to be associated with.
And THAT is the kind of leader I strive to become.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again…
I’m not treating my business like a hobby.
I’m showing up. I’m learning. I’m making connections. I’m investing my time. I’m challenging myself. And most importantly, I’m being intentional about every step I take.
Do I know everything? Absolutely not!
Am I still growing? EVERY SINGLE DAY!
But I know one thing for certain…
You cannot expect to grow if you’re unwilling to put yourself in rooms where growth happens.
This weekend wasn’t about a title, a picture, or simply attending an event.
It was about gaining knowledge, building relationships, strengthening my leadership skills, and bringing what I’ve learned back to the business partners who trust me to help guide them.
Because as I grow, I want the people around me to grow, too!
I’m proud of the business I’m building through The Travel Co. I’m proud of the relationships I’m developing, and I’m grateful for the leadership and mentorship available along this journey.
I’m building with purpose.
I’m leading with intention.
And I’m investing in a future I believe in.
St. Louis was another reminder that I’m exactly where I need to be, doing what I need to do.
✨ The goal isn’t just to become successful. It’s to become the kind of leader who helps others succeed along the way.
And I’m just getting started! ❤️
