Today we had the privilege of taking a local-ish Florida charter school group of 43 awesome students and teachers out of their backyard and into ours for a manatee swim tour 🌊🐄

Moments like this matter. In a world where kids are more connected to screens than ever, getting them out on the water, into the springs, and face-to-face with manatees sparks curiosity, respect, and a deeper understanding of protecting wildlife and its habitat. This is our passion at work!! 🙌💙

💚POV: WHY we do what we do💚

Today we met a special set of twins who came to Explorida to swim with manatees in celebration of their birthday 🥳🎉🎂 The best part, they brought along thier sixth-grade book report on manatees they’d been holding onto for years, waiting for this very moment. 🏊‍♀️🌊🐮

Amidst the daily routine, it can be easy to forget the why. But seeing someone experience manatees in real life, in their natural habitat for the very first time—checking off a literal lifelong bucket-list dream—with us- reminds us just how special this work is. We’re so passionate about what we do, and sharing moments like these, together, is pure manatee magic ✨💚
