The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike rid

ers and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen. Thousands of athletes worldwide have followed our workouts posted daily on this site and distinguished themselves in combat, the streets, the ring, stadiums, gyms and homes." www.crossfit.com

By the way, wash your knee sleeves, they probably stink.

Earned, not given. 🇺🇸
Simple doesn’t mean easy. Murph never gets easier. You may get faster and stronger, but the difficulty remains. It’s difficult because, whether you actively think about it or not, the weight of the suffering is staring at you the whole workout. The weight of sacrifice that we remember every Memorial Day. Never forget why we GET to do this.

It never gets easier, but that's the point, right? We do it every year to remind us that the workout eventually ends, or...

It never gets easier, but that's the point, right? We do it every year to remind us that the workout eventually ends, or we quit, but those we do it for never did.

Another one of our own. Hard to believe it's been 4 years, but the tradition stays strong. Shared suffering remembering a man who was larger than life.
Craig was born May 14, 1982 and passed away in an airplane crash at Wimpy Airport on March 19, 2022 at the age of 39. Craig was a local Dahlonega leader, entrepreneur, church deacon, beloved friend and mentor, caring father, and faithful husband. He committed his life to Christ, and making Him known in everything he undertook. His favorite scripture was Nehemiah 6:3, which encapsulated his life so well - “… I am doing a great work and cannot come down. Why should the work stop while I leave it and come down to you?” Craig is survived by his wife Gretchen, daughter Abbey Kay, and father and mother John and Alice Gentry, still a huge cornerstone member of CFD.
