One of the biggest things my clients say after a trip? “That felt effortless.” And honestly… that’s the goal. ✨

Meredith’s family trip to Italy is a perfect example of why working with a travel advisor matters — not just for the logistics, but for the experience itself. The hand-picked hotels, authentic experiences, pacing between destinations, private transfers, restaurant recommendations… all intentionally selected to create a trip that flows beautifully instead of feeling overwhelming.

Anyone can spend hours scrolling through Google or TikTok trying to figure out where to stay in Italy. But the magic is often found in the boutique hotels, quieter corners, and local experiences that don’t necessarily show up on page one of a search.

And while Italy this summer is already incredibly busy, it’s not too early to start thinking about 2027 — especially if you want the best hotels, guides, and experiences.

Also? Spring in Italy is wildly underrated. Fewer crowds, softer weather, lower rates, and a much more relaxed feel compared to peak summer travel. March, April, and early May can be such a sweet spot for families and couples alike.

Europe this summer? Still magical. But she may test your patience a little. ✈️🇪🇺

Between Europe’s new biometric entry system, the occasional train strike, and social media panic over jet fuel shortages, travel this year may require a little more flexibility than usual. Some travelers are breezing through airports… others, not so much.

My advice? Avoid tight connections, build in extra time, and don’t let headlines scare you out of an incredible trip. The magic is still very much there — you just want the right planning (and the right people behind the scenes) when things get a little messy. 🤍

Spring break, but make it a dream trip ✨

Four nights sailing the BVIs on a private catamaran + three nights at Oil Nut Bay… such a fun combination.

The best part of a catamaran? You show up and decide as you go—your captain helps map out each day based on what you feel like doing. Beach hopping, snorkeling, long lunches… it’s different every day and that’s what makes it so special.

I loved designing this trip for Clare’s family—mixing adventure, flexibility, and those “this is exactly what we needed” moments.

✨ 2026 Travel Trends I’m Seeing ✨

As I plan ahead with clients for next year, a few clear patterns are emerging. Italy is forever a favorite (and always will be), but one destination is having a major moment for summer through fall 2026: London

So… why is London calling?

My favorite domestic resort of 2025?
Without hesitation: Rosewood Miramar Beach 🤍

You don’t fully get how fabulous this resort is until you experience it for yourself. It’s the energy. The vibe. That instant feeling the moment you arrive — and suddenly, you never want to leave.

From the high-end boutiques on property to the outdoor fitness area and a Michelin-starred restaurant steps from the ocean, everything you could possibly want is right here. Truly a destination in itself.

We stayed in a standalone bungalow, and it was perfection — incredibly spacious and outfitted with every high-touch luxury you could imagine. The food across the resort was excellent, but the sushi restaurant? A standout.

And yes… we even spotted a celebrity 👀 I’m told it’s very much a hotspot for celeb sightings.

Do yourself a favor and add Rosewood Miramar Beach to your wish list. You’ll thank me later.

✨ My Favorite Trip to Plan This Year ✨

It’s hard to choose just one, but the most rewarding had to be my client’s Southern Africa journey—a true bucket-list adventure (and one so many dream about). Southern Africa is the perfect introduction to the continent: after landing in Johannesburg, they headed straight into their first of two safari camps in Botswana, continued on to the awe-inspiring Victoria Falls, and wrapped up their safari experience in South Africa.

After eight unforgettable nights in the bush, they traded game drives for city life in Cape Town—amazing food, iconic sights, and vibrant culture—before ending the trip in the Winelands. 🍷🐘

Planning Africa can feel overwhelming: When should you go? Where should you start? How long is enough? That’s where I come in. If a safari is on your radar for 2026, I’d love to help bring it to life.
