We can’t wait to finally experience MSC Seascape next month 🚢

Between the infinity pool overlooking the ship’s wake, dinners at Butcher’s Cut and Ocean Cay, the Bridge of Sighs, and yes… the Robotron, this ship has been on my list for a while 👀

I’m especially excited to compare the MSC experience to the other cruise lines we sail most often. Of course I’ll be sharing all the details along the way 🤍

One of the reasons we started Anchor & Atlas Travel was because we genuinely love helping people create experiences they'll remember for years.

Some of our favorite family memories have happened while traveling, and it's been really rewarding helping other families, couples, and groups plan trips that fit their style instead of just booking something generic online.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our small business so far. 🥰

A quick update on our post Thanksgiving cruise aboard Liberty of the Seas… 🚢

Royal Caribbean’s rates have gone up, but our group pricing is still locked in 👀

Right now, our balcony cabins are coming in at 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐱𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 $𝟒𝟑𝟕 𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒 per cabin than booking directly with the cruise line—and we only have 𝟐 cabins left at this rate.

🛳️ 5-Night Western Caribbean Cruise
📍 Sailing from Galveston
📆 November 28 – December 3, 2026

🌴 Ports of Call
• Puerto Costa Maya, Mexico
• Cozumel, Mexico
• Plus, three relaxing sea days

Our group rate also includes:
✨ Pre-paid gratuities, taxes, and port fees
✨ $50 onboard credit per cabin
✨ Access to all the dining, entertainment, and activities Liberty is known for

Whether you’re picturing pool days, sunset sail aways, or tacos in Cozumel, this is shaping up to be such a fun group sailing 🤍

Message us for availability before these last cabins are gone.

And just like that… you’re making time to see the sunset every evening 🌅

No rushing, no multitasking. Just a moment to pause and take it all in.

Funny how that becomes the most important part of the day 🤍

Is Wi-Fi on a cruise actually worth it? 📶🚢

It depends on how you travel.

If you want to fully unplug, read by the pool, and be off the grid for a few days… you might not miss it at all.

But if you like staying connected—checking in at home, posting your trip in real time, or just having Google handy—then it can be worth it.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer… just what fits your vacation style. Are you team disconnect or team stay connected? 👇

And just like that… you forgot how to check your email 🌊

Out of office is on, notifications are off, and suddenly it can all wait.

Vacation mode looks good on you 🤍

Ok, quick poll... Set dining or anytime dining, which are you choosing on a cruise? 🍽️🚢

Do you love having the same table, same time, and getting to know your servers each night? Or do you prefer the flexibility to eat whenever you want, depending on the day’s plans?

There’s no wrong answer, but there is a right fit for your travel style.

Our top 5 favorite excursions in Cozumel:

5. Save a Sea Turtle Experience was an amazing choice for our daughter who is an aspiring Marine Biologist.

4. Cooking Classes. Whether it's just salsa or a full meal, these classes are always fun.

3. Dive or snorkel. Cozumel was my first blue water dive after my certification.

2. El Cid La Ceiba. It's hard to beat a beach resort that is literally next door to the cruise terminal

1. Paradise Beach gets our top spot though. Inflatables in the ocean for the kids, heated pool in case it's a little chilly, and all-inclusive so we don't have to worry about a thing. Plus the service is great!

And just like that… the packing list is more important than the grocery list ✈️🧳

Suddenly I have a fully organized outfit plan, travel-size everything, and a color-coded checklist, but ask me what’s for dinner the week leading up to a cruise? No idea 😅

Vacation priorities > real life responsibilities
