The deep exhale. The “this is perfect” moment. The memories that are talked about long after the suitcase is unpacked.

Is every part of running a business glamorous? Not even close. But getting to turn something that was once just a vision into a tangible long-awaited experience. Makes it all worthwhile.

Because this isn’t just what I do. It’s what lights me up.

I am grateful every single day that I get to do something I love. How many people can say that? It isn't by chance. I knew I wanted to be in the travel industry as a kid. I turned my dream into a reality and now get to turn my client's dreams into reality.

This past week reminded me why events like ILTM matter so much. In travel, real connections are not just a bonus. They are the secret ingredient that makes every itinerary feel effortless for my clients.

I spent the week meeting with partners from all over the world and reconnecting with some incredible business owners who just happen to be my favorite people.

These are the people who help me open doors, choose the right hotels, and curate experiences that feel tailored, elevated, and personal for my VIP travelers. When I say I know someone on the ground, I really do.

ILTM has been such an incredible experience. It is an honor to be part of one of the most respected events in the luxury travel world and to connect with partners who are so passionate about their part of the world.

And being here on the French Riviera at Christmas time adds a little extra charm to the week. It is a beautiful setting to learn, meet new people, laugh with old friends, and gather fresh ideas for my clients.

Feeling grateful for the opportunity and everything I am taking home from it. I can't imagine being in any other industry. I am surrounded by some of the most inspiring business owners and kind hearted individuals of any profession. Hands down.
