5-HR bottomfishing trips for rockfish/ling cod depart daily at 7:00 AM, with the option to add crabbing. Coho Salmon fishing is open in the summer and fall, call our office for the current dates! Albacore Tuna fishing is available during July-September, as long as the water is nice and warm! Gray whales migrate during the winter/spring, however, Depoe Bay is lucky enough to have what we call "resident" whales that will feed along our coastline throughout the summer time as well. Anytime from March through September is optimal for viewing whales with the best ocean conditions! Give our office a call and we would be happy to get you out and answer any questions you may have! Today was just another Great Day for TW. All of our Boats put together ended up with 4 Fish Short of a Big Rockfish Limit with great Salmon Action. The Pacific and Weather don't get much nicer so its a great time to Quit Wishin' and Go Fishin'!

Mariner Charters, LLC got a limit of Rockfish, 10 Lingcod, 1 Cabezon, and 40 Crab.

Kingfisher Charters ended up with early limits on Rockfish, 4 Lings, 2 Cabbies, and a 50 pound Halibut. They weren't Crabbing

Outer Limit Charters owned and operated by: Chris Schaffner were 4 short on Rockfish, 5 Ling, and 96 Crab.

Mr. Max Sportfishing ended up with 1 Keeper short on Salmon, too many Wild Salmon to count and a Limit of Crab.

Kadaho Sportfishing had practically nonstop action on Salmon and ended up with 7 Keepers, too many Wild Ones to count, and lots of Short Bites.

What a Day on a Spectacular Ocean

Today was another phenomenal day on all fronts with TW. All boats limited on Rockfish or were a just a few short. The Lingcod bite was really good today as all the bottom fishing trips were in the double digits. The weather and ocean don't get much better. The Rockfish continue to be really big with a real nice variety. We love seeing this as it preserves our Seabass quota.

Kingfisher Charters limited on Rockfish in the 1st hour, got 10 Nice Lingcod, and 70 crab.

Outer Limit Charters owned and operated by: Chris Schaffner were 2 Rockfish short of a limit, 15 big Lings, and 78 crab.

Mariner Charters, LLC was a few Rockfish short of a limit, 10 Lingcod, and 8 big Cabezon. They were not Crabbing

Mr. Max Sportfishing was on a 8 hour Trifecta and limited on Salmon, Rockfish, and Lingcod. 14 Crab out of 3 Pots.

Kadaho Sportfishing was on a Salmon/Bottom Combo and got 6 Salmon, well over half their Rockfish, and 56 Crab out of just 5 pots.

The forecast remains as good as it gets for the next week so Quit Wishin'!

Another Absolutlely Beautiful Ocean with Real Comfortable Temps made for Great Trips Again Today. The Rockfish and Crab have been a Super Nice Grade as you can see from the Picture Above. That, Our Friends, is a Big Black Sea Bass which has been the Norm. Much more Meat than a Legal Ling. The Variety and Size of Fish have been Exceptional for over a week now.

Outer Limit Charters owned and operated by: Chris Schaffner finished with a Limit of Rockfish, 5 Lingcod, and 6 Crab per Crabber.

Kadaho Sportfishing ended up with over half their Rockfish, 3 Nice Lings, and 4.5 Crab per Person.

Kingfisher Charters did a 3 Hour Crab Whale Watch Combo that included the Enormous Blue Whale that has been in our area Plus our Resident Grey Whales. Captain Brian and Future Captain Trejan Presoaked the pots this Morning and got 8 Dandy Dungies per Person. These Exclusive Trips are Becoming Quite Popular!

Today a Great Grade and Variety were had by all of our Boats. The Rockfish have ranged from 3 to 7 pounds lately which have more meat than a smaller legal Lingcod. It's cheaper to go Fishing with us than buying it at the store! Lots of Nice Size Copper and China Rocks were caught today. The Crab have been very large also.

Kadaho Sportfishing got Limits of Rockfish, 4 Lingcod, and 35 Big Crab.

Outer Limit Charters owned and operated by: Chris Schaffner Limited on Rockfish once again with 83 Crab.

Kingfisher Charters had another Limit on Rockfish and 2 Lings. No crabbing today.

Mariner Charters, LLC got well over Half their Rockfish and some Really Nice Cabezon and Lingcod. No crabbing today.

The Ocean was so Nice Today that we had very little Drift to cover some Ground over our Reefs. It was a Slower day than it has been for the last Week. The Rockfish we did get were Bigguns as they have been for a while now. Crabbing remains Solid.

Outer Limit Charters owned and operated by: Chris Schaffner still managed to get 3/4 of their Rockfish, 8 Lings and 74 Crab.

Mariner Charters, LLC got over Half their Rockfish, a Handful of Big Cabezon, and 55 Crab.

Kingfisher Charters got 3/4 of their Rockfish and a couple of Lingcod. No Crabbing today

Kadaho Sportfishing had 2 Families who had lots of Fun, got 15 Nice Size Rockfish and 47 Crab.

It was a Slower Day for everyone on the Salmon Grounds Today with the Mr. Max Sportfishing getting 10 fish to the boat with 2 of them Hatchery Fish. Today was in between Schools so tomorrow should be better with the reports we've been getting.

Another Action Packed Day

It was another Productive Day on a Spectacular Ocean at TW. A great variety of XL Rockfish were had. We've been getting Lots of the more Exotic Rockfish. Many Beautiful Tigers, Coppers, Vermillion and Chinas. In addition, Quillbacks, but they have to go back these days. The picture above is one of our youngster Clients who got this beauty. Nice Fight and Well Dun Partner! And take a look at that Ocean!

Mr. Max Sportfishing could hardly get their Rods out today without non-stop Action! 30 Wild Ones with 7 keepers. Lots of multiple Fish on at once. The Salmon Dance is always a Hoot!

Kingfisher Charters got all their Rockfish and a Hand of Really Nice Lings with 54 Crab.

Kadaho Sportfishing got over 3/4 of some Dandy Rockfish and 64 Crab.

Our Forecast looks Phenomenal so Quit Wishin!

Everyone got Limits of Toad Rockfish Today with the Crabs getting Big also. Salmon was non stop Action with way too many Wild Ones. The weather and Pond were Spectucular as is the Forecast for the next week at least.

Outer Limit Charters owned and operated by: Chris Schaffner limited out on Rockfish they also got a Dozen Lingcod and 70 Big Crab.

Mr. Max Sportfishing got a Limit targeting a nice Variety of Rockfish that were all Beauties and 40 Commercial Grade Crab.

Kadaho Sportfishing wasn't Crabbing today and ended with a Limit of Nice Rockfish and a Dozen Lings.

Mariner Charters, LLC had Great Action all Morning but could only keep 6 Hatchery Salmon out of 20. It hurts to throw them back but sure is fun to catchem!

Just Needed a Few More Rockfish to Limit All

Today was a great day on the Biggest Pond in the World. It is a perfect Ocean today and for the forseeable future. Kingfisher Charters was just couple of fish shy of a Limit since they spent about 45 minutes landing a 50 inch, 65 lb Halibut on Ultra light Tackle. It shows some great skills and patience to land a Fish like this on 30 lb test! Almost all the Rockfish on all of our Boats were Huge Fish Today. A Great Grade with many over 5 pounds. The Lings have slowed a bit with our warmer water coming back but the trade off are Jurassic Sea Bass.

Outer Limit Charters owned and operated by: Chris Schaffner is back in the Mix with another Outer Limit of Rockfish, 4 Lings, a Toad Cabezon, and 70 crab.

Mariner Charters, LLC got there Limit of Large Scale Rockfish and 43 crab.

Ditto for Mr. Max Sportfishing with 65 Crab.

Kadaho Sportfishing had nonstop stop action with 6 Keeper Salmon, 8 Wilds, and lots of On and Gones.

The forecast looks Phenomenal for at least the next 10 days so Quit Wishin'!

Always Good to Be Back Fishing

After getting blown off again yesterday due to a much larger swell than expected it's Good to be back on the Water. The forseeable forecast looks phenomenal for the next 10 days at long last.

We had successful trips today with most of our Rockfish Limits and lots of Lingcod. We also had an 8 hour Trfecta that had lots of Salmon Action and a decent amount of Rockfish with lots of Crab.

Mr. Max Sportfishing got over 3/4 of their Rockfish, lots of Lings and 75 crab.

Kingfisher Charters got almost all their Rockfish and a couple of Lingcod.

Mariner Charters, LLC got over half their Rockfish and bunch of Lingcod. Too many to count.

Kadaho Sportfishing did the Trifecta and pretty much had nonstop action with 5 Keeper Salmon with lots and lots of Wild Ones. The Bottom Fish were resting a bit by the time they gpt to that part of the trip but still ended up with almost half their Rockfish. 96 Crab.

Again, our Forecast looks Great for the next 10 days at least so Quit Wishin' Go Fishin'!

After 3 days off because of an unsafe Ocean we were able to get out today with some fun trips. Everyone who stuck with it did pretty well with the fog moving in and out. The Forecast is looking good for the forseeable future with the Valley finally starting to cool down. The photos above are some Happy Anglers. That is a fine example of a Tiger Rockfish. Little Firmer Meat with one of the hardest heads you'll find on any fish. Great fight pound for pound and Delicious!

Mr. Max Sportfishing got 9 Keeper Salmon, 15 Wild Throwbacks and tons of Action . The Rods were Bending the whole Trip.

Kadaho Sportfishing got 3/4 of their Rockfish, 10 Lings and 51 Crab.

Mariner Charters, LLC got over half their Rockfish, 12 Nice Lingcod and 63 Crab.

Kingfisher Charters had a fun trip with lots of really nice Kids who had a blast! They ended up with 30 Really Big Rockfish, and a handful of Lingcod. No crabbing today.

The Ocean is starting to look much more Favorable so Quit Wishin' Go Fishin' with TW!
