My Canadian friends just canceled their winter stay in Destin, FL due to health reasons. Their rental unit is a lovely apartment, sleeps 4+ (king bed, bunk-beds), full kitchen, modern interior design, heated pool, wifi, large smart tv, free parking, just steps away from Crystal Beach and Destin Commons, all utilities included.
If you're interested for monthly booking, it is available Dec, Jan, Feb, and potentially March 2025.
