It’s official! I’ll be hosting a Mediterranean sailing aboard Explora II this October, and I’d love for you to join me.

We’ll spend seven nights sailing from Athens to Venice, visiting beautiful destinations throughout Greece and Croatia along the way.

One of my favorite parts of travel actually happens before you leave home. It's the anticipation that comes with having a trip to look forward to!

I love being part of that excitement and helping my clients turn "someday" into a date on the calendar.

Yesterday’s itinerary had us docking in Maasbracht. I elected to go on the Maastricht W**e Experience excursion. We enjoyed a tour of the Apostelhoeve vineyard and then tasted three of their w**es. Their Müller-Thurgau w**e was my favorite… it would be very refreshing on a hot day!

Today had us docking in the cute town of Nijmegen. I went on a City Walk tour and enjoyed seeing all the sights.

Now, we are off to Bonn!

I’m saying goodbye to Amsterdam on this beautiful, sunny day and heading towards Frankfurt aboard the gorgeous Riverside Debussy! Check out pictures of the ship below. 😍

The ASTA River Cruise Expo was filled with busy days learning about the different brands and stepping on each ship. I have a few takeaways that I’ll be incorporating into my business.

Changed ships today and I’m on the AmaPrima for the ASTA River Cruise Expo. The ship is beautiful and colorful!

Yesterday started with a lovely breakfast in Aquavit on the ship. After that, I had the chance to experience one of Viking’s Privileged Access tours to Boijmans Depot in Rotterdam. We followed that up with a walking tour of the city in the afternoon.

Did you know?

When river ships are in port, they’re often docked right next to each other. That might mean walking through another ship to reach the dock or having a view of a neighboring ship while in port.

It’s completely normal and part of how river cruising works in Europe’s city centers. The upside? You’re usually steps from the heart of town and not at a large cruise terminal outside the city.
