Here are a few common cruise-planning headaches:
⚓ Decision overload. Inside cabin, oceanview, balcony, or suite? Which cruise line? Which itinerary? Why are there 47 tabs open on your browser?!

💸 Fear of overpaying. You want a great vacation without wondering whether you missed a better deal, a valuable perk, or an important booking window.

🗺️ Excursion overwhelm. Every port has a dozen tempting adventures, but how do you know which ones are worth your time and money?

4 best tricks for cruising beginners:

1. Book the cabin you want not the cheaper option. I know people say you won't spend much time in your cabin and maybe you won't but enjoy the time you are in there as much as you can.

2. Drink Packages aren't for everyone! I know they seem great, and you won't have to face a big bill at the end of your cruise, but many times it is not cost effective. Do the math before buying and wait for packages to go on sale.

3. Book early! Prime cabins, hot destinations, your preferred ship or sail dates may book fast. Get your reservation set and if it goes on sail later you can always have it repriced.

4. Don't pay for the whole cruise when booking if possible. For last minute itineraries (within the next 90 days) you often have to pay for the entire cruise. But if you have to make changes to your reservation, it is easier to do before final payment is made.

Next to travel, pressure washing is the best way to relieve stress. You don’t have to think too much, as the surface gets cleaner you get dirtier, and it is SO satisfying to see instant results!
