LOCATION
Gillespie Field - KSEE, hangared on the southeast end of the airport. Hanger has restrooms, individual storage lockers, electric tug and parking. TYPICAL USE
Owners use aircraft for trips etc. Some have other aircraft, others are also in local larger clubs. These are not typical club training aircraft, however a shareholder can receive instruction in the aircraft. They are primarily used for multi-day excursions by the shareholders and not for one hour slots like typical club aircraft. With the high useful load they are very family trip oriented. SHARE VALUE
Shares are trading at $10,000 for one of twelve shares of the corporation. FEES
Dues: Current expense fees are $400 / month which covers most fixed operating expenses. Aircraft Hourly Fee: $60 PA28-235 and $80 PA32-300 based on tachometer time. PILOT REQUIREMENTS

NOTE: If you need time in make and model you will also earn a High Performance endorsement if needed and your checkout when you are competent in the aircraft during your flight instruction. You can participate and fly with an instructor until you are cleared to solo.
