Hello everyone, we hope this finds you all doing great and we wish you a fantastic Labor Day weekend!

Halloween/Murder Mystery Party:

The Halloween party is always so much fun, I mean how often do you get the chance to dress up as someone else? That being said, it is strictly optional and you do not have to be in a costume to attend the party. Also participating in the Murder Mystery game is also optional, although it will be an opportunity to test your detective skills. Since it looks like we will have a good crowd at the party, it will be a Team Investigation format. So be thinking of who you would like on your team, or if you prefer, you can do it as an individual. The game is set during the Roaring 20’s, and if you are planning on wearing a costume it does not have to be themed to the game…so wear what you want. There will be hors d’oeuvres for everyone in attendance along with a Cash Bar. It will be an evening full of mystery, lots of laughter, good snacks, music, and the opportunity to make friends you haven’t met yet. So I hope you will join us.

P.S.

We are asking for help in casting the characters in the mystery game. There is no acting involved, and we will supply note cards with the information needed during the party…I mean “investigation”. If you would like to volunteer, please private message us through this page (we want to keep the cast a secret until the time of the party) and we will send you a list of characters to choose from. Good morning, just wanted to check-in and see how everyone is doing. August is almost over...which means cooler weather is coming, and it's 8 weeks to MITO!! We will start posting every week with different topics concerning the event to help everyone be informed of everything MITO. So let’s get started…

Registration:
Registration with optional meals end on Sunday, October 4th. The general registration will remain open up to and including the event itself, so you still have plenty of time. Each person attending MITO must register. Registration includes the following:

1. Lanyard with name badge
2. Event decal
3. Access to the Convention Center
4. Receptions on Thursday and Saturday evenings
5. Halloween party on Friday evening
6. Entry to the parade
7. Welcome Dinner – additional charge (optional)
8. Farewell Dinner, sponsored by MINI of St. Louis
9. Access to the Silent Auction benefiting the Good Shepherd Humane Society
10. Your choice of numerous beautiful drives each day (don’t forget to sign-up during your registration)

PLEASE NOTE: This year MINI of St. Louis is sponsoring the Farewell Dinner. If you purchased the Farewell Dinner, no further action is needed. We are in the process of issuing refunds, please be patient as we make our way down the list. If you registered and did not purchase the dinner but would like to join us, please go back into your registration and check the box for the Farewell Dinner as we still need a head count for the caterer. Their sponsorship is also helping MITO Inc. with the Halloween party on Friday. We are very grateful to MINI of St. Louis and their generosity to help our small grassroots event to grow and we hope everyone attending has a wonderful time.

MITO 2026 Schedule (subject to change)

Good morning everyone! The sign-up for the drives are now open, and the schedule has been posted on the MITO website. If you have already registered, please follow the directions below:
1. Sign into your MotorsportReg account https://www.msreg.com/MITO2026 and click on your profile icon on the top right
2. Choose “My Events”, then choose your MITO 2026 registration
3. In your Event Dashboard click on “Update/change registration
4. Scroll down to “Drives” and expand each day to see the available drives
5. After you choose a drive you will be asked if you are driver or not. It’s important that each registered person answers yes or no so that we can get an accurate MINI count. If the drive includes a stop for lunch, you will be asked if you are dining or not.
6. After you make your choices for each day you must check the terms box and the cancellation policy box again, then click on “Proceed to checkout” to finalize and save your choices. No worries, you will not be charged again you are simply updating your registration.

We decided to reveal something new and exciting that we are planning for Friday's Halloween Party this year.

Everyone is invited to The Velvet Trap, an exclusive speakeasy hidden beneath the glittering glamour of the Roaring Twenties. Jazz fills the room. Cocktails flow freely. Gangsters, flappers, socialites, performers, and power brokers mingle beneath the glow of Art Deco luxury. Everyone is invited to be a part of the interactive detective party game to help solve a murder mystery. Dressing up in the theme is completely optional, and not a requirement to attend. Let's see who has the best detective skills.

Can you believe it...it's already August!! I don't know about ya'll, but I am dreaming of cooler temperatures and beautiful fall colors.

We are working diligently behind the scenes getting all the details taken care of. We will have some announcements coming soon, and more information about this year's event...so stay tuned. :)

We are very happy to announce that registration is now open!

We have been working on utilizing a new platform for the MITO registration that also will include individual drive sign-ups. This will be a great help to the drive leaders in not only knowing the number of MINIs attending, but also the number of people that will be eating lunch at the chosen restaurant.

The platform is MotorsportReg (MSR), which acts as a central hub for hundreds of clubs and organizations. Some folks may already be familiar with it, as it is used for signing up for racing competitions, track days, autocross, or high-performance driving events.

To the folks who may already have an account, the link will take you directly to the MITO event registration page. To folks who do not have an account, you will be prompted to open one up by answering a few questions. Only one person from a household needs to have an account to register. If you have multiple people attending, you just need to make a profile for each person under your account and register them for MITO also. If you have any problems during this process, please feel free to email us and we will be happy to help you.

The individual drives will be opening soon. When they do you simply sign into your msreg account/event and choose the drives you would like to do.
