Our travel designer , who has just been named a finalist for the Top Sustainability Community Advisor award, recently attended Virtuoso’s ( ) first Impact Summit - held at the beautiful Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise ( ). This event brought together thought leaders in the realm of sustainable travel to brainstorm how the travel industry can better partner to promote travel that emphasizes leaving a positive impact on the places our clients visit - and because we were in the mountains, some networking over hikes. We’re excited to share more of the ideas that come out of this gathering and continue to evaluate how we can best help our clients plan meaningful journeys that protect the planet, support local economies, and celebrate culture.

Our travel designer recently spent some time in Banff and Lake Louise and we couldn’t be more jealous of her views! Highlights included driving the Icefields Parkway to Jasper (one of the most beautiful easily accessible drives in the world) featuring a moose sighting, hiking Johnston Canyon to the Inkpot pools, seeing the Northern Lights, having tea at the Fairmont Banff Springs ( ), and a beer tasting cruise on Lake Minnewanka. Canada has so much offer in terms of scenery, friendly people, and active adventures - we’d love to help you plan your trip!

Earlier this month, our travel designer Kris, took a trip over to the stunning and quiet islands of French Polynesia, to the atoll Tetiaroa. There he stayed at , created by actor Marlon Brando. Marlon was awe-stricken by the island’s beauty and wanted to both honor and respect the land, as well as the Tahitian people before and after him. The Brando Resort is noted as one of the world’s most sustainable luxury properties that emphasizes in studying the environment, ecosystems, and looking for ways to minimize our carbon footprint. These wonderful photos from Kris, capture a glimpse into the serenity that you can also experience when you take a trip with us over to French Polynesia!

Pique's headquarters pay homage to our name by sparking a sense of curiosity and exploration. The experience begins the moment you walk through our door.

Originally a lumber warehouse built in the 1940s, we renovated this historic space to highlight the vaulted wooden barrel ceiling while adding a bar and stone fireplace to bring the warmth and comfort of a luxury lodge.

Chalked with character, our rustic floors display yellow pallet marks that hail from the building’s lumber days and evoke fun conversation (and a hidden desire to play shuffleboard).
