From one boat show to the next! 🌍⚓✈️

In September we wrapped up the Monaco Yacht Show and are now gearing up for the next boat show kicking off tomorrow in Fort Lauderdale!

In this video, Tim Davey and Shawn O’Brien reflect on another memorable MYS, from reconnecting with industry friends to witnessing the continued professionalization of crew careers. After many Monaco shows, one thing remains clear: it’s the people and relationships that make this industry so special.

🚤 Yacht vs. Yacht. One custom trophy. Bragging rights on the line. And over $5,000 in combined prizes up for grabs!

Tournament play kicks off on Thursday, October 29. Registered teams can collect their tournament welcome bags at inside the Las Olas Marina between 11 AM and 5 PM.

The best management meetings do more than review plans. They bring people together around a shared direction—and help turn big ambitions into practical next steps.

At GMT’s recent management meetings in Poland, our team stepped away from the day-to-day to look ahead, challenge assumptions and discuss what sustainable growth will take. We talked about staying close to our customers, building a stronger business, making smart use of technology and turning priorities into clear actions.

Some of the best conversations also happened outside of the meeting room, through a series of wonderful team-building activities. We explored Gdańsk Old Town, split into two teams for a boatbuilding challenge in Sopot where a rainbow made a memorable appearance, rode e-bikes to Gdynia, and toured the tall ship Dar Pomorza.

Each experience gave us a different way to connect: sharing ideas, solving problems together and seeing the region from a new perspective. The boatbuilding challenge was a fitting reminder that reaching a destination takes teamwork, adaptability and everyone pulling in the same direction—except, perhaps, during a friendly game of tug-of-war.

We left with new ideas, stronger connections and a shared commitment to put our conversations into action. The next chapter of GMT will be built by working together—with focus, accountability and our customers in mind.

On 30 September 2026, GMT attended “The Art of Excellence: A Celebration of Singapore Airlines FY25-26 Top Producers” at Tavolo Makati in Metro Manila, celebrating the airline’s highest-performing travel agents and corporate partners.

The event came at an exciting time for Singapore Airlines (SIA), following a record-breaking financial year and its return to the top spot as the World’s Best Airline at the 2026 Skytrax World Airline Awards.

SIA continues to invest in the customer experience, with next-generation long-haul cabin products set to debut toward the end of 2026, alongside a refreshed KrisWorld in-flight entertainment system, enhancements to its food and beverage programme, and new amenity kits.

We look forward to continuing to strengthen our win-win partnership with Singapore Airlines as we meet the ever evolving travel needs of the global maritime industry.
