🌴 The First Homesite Is Sold at Paradise Point 🏡✨
A special milestone has been reached at the new Cottages of Paradise Point — the first homesite has officially closed.
Even more meaningful, the buyer is a longtime Paradise Point guest who fell in love with the cottages years ago and holds treasured memories from time spent there. Her decision to return—not as a visitor, but as an owner—beautifully reflects the spirit of Paradise Point: a place that stays with you long after you leave.
The reimagined Cottages of Paradise Point, located at 452 Estero Boulevard, will be an intimate, resilient Gulf-front neighborhood designed for the future while honoring the charm of the original cottages. Each home is built to meet or exceed FEMA flood requirements, engineered for 160-mph winds, and features impact-resistant windows and doors.
✨ Interest is building, and opportunities are limited.
With the first homesite now sold to a longtime Paradise Point guest, interest in the remaining cottages is accelerating.
If you’ve ever dreamed of owning a piece of Paradise Point, now is the time.

A powerful moment for Fort Myers Beach 🌴✨

Surrounded by longtime guests, former employees, community leaders, and partners, we officially broke ground on the new Cottages of Paradise Point—honoring more than 20 years of memories while looking confidently toward the future.

This milestone celebrates resilience, family, and the spirit of an island that continues to come back stronger. Paradise Point isn’t just being rebuilt—it’s being renewed, with modern coastal resilience and the same sense of connection that made it special from the very beginning.

Fort Myers Beach is coming back—and Paradise Point will be back too. 💙

đź“° In the spotlight!
The Funky Fish Houses—one of Marvin Homes’ most talked-about waterfront communities—were recently featured in The News-Press, celebrating their bold design, coastal character, and over-the-water living.

At Cottages of Paradise Point, we’re proud to be part of that same Marvin Homes legacy. Known for creativity, craftsmanship, and thoughtful coastal design, Marvin brings the same vision and attention to detail to Paradise Point—reimagining a beloved Fort Myers Beach property with resilience, style, and respect for its history.

From iconic Funky Fish Houses to the next chapter at Cottages of Paradise Point, Marvin Homes continues to shape the future of waterfront living in Southwest Florida. 🌊🏡

Stay tuned—exciting things are underway.

A new chapter is taking shape just down the shoreline. 🌊✨

The newly released renderings for the Fort Myers Beach Pier Replacement Project mark a major milestone in the island’s recovery following Hurricane Ian. Designed to be longer and wider than before, the rebuilt pier will stretch 1,000 feet and span 12 feet, creating a stronger, more resilient landmark for generations to come.

These renderings reflect 100% design completion, with only minor refinements possible as the project moves through permitting. Funded by FEMA’s Disaster Relief Fund, construction is anticipated to begin in 2026 and take approximately one year, weather permitting.

At Cottages of Paradise Point, we’re inspired by the continued investment in Fort Myers Beach’s future—honoring its history while building back stronger, smarter, and more beautiful than ever. 💙🌴

A beloved Fort Myers Beach legacy is turning the page 🌊

For more than two decades, Dennis and Lisa Greenspon lovingly stewarded the Cottages of Paradise Point—creating a place where families returned year after year, friendships were formed, and sunsets became traditions. Though Hurricane Ian took the structures, it could never take the spirit of Paradise Point.

Now, with that same heart and vision, Dennis and Lisa are reimagining this iconic enclave alongside Marvin Homes—honoring its history while building a resilient, Gulf-front future for generations to come.

Join us as the next chapter begins at the official groundbreaking celebration on Wednesday, January 14 at 10:00 a.m. with the Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce. The public is invited to witness the rebirth of a place that has always been about more than cottages—it’s been about community.
