Summer in Fort Myers gets a bad rap from fishing visitors. Too hot, they say. Slow fishing, they say.
Wrong.
June and July are actually phenomenal months for certain species if you know where to look:
๐ฆ Blacktip and spinner sharks are active nearshore
๐ Cobia are still around structure and following baitfish
๐ฃ Redfish are stacked in the back bays and canal systems of Cape Coral
๐ Sea trout are on the grass flats early morning
๐ก Snook are moving into the freshwater outflows
Captain Erik times his trips to beat the heat โ early starts, productive spots, no wasted time. The fish don't stop eating in summer. You just have to know where they are.
June availability is limited but we do have some dates open.
