Stephanie & Ed are the best.
If traveling Route 66
Spencer Station - Route 66
is a must stop —on in and sit and talk a spell with them. They are true humble souls.
Safe travels to all.

More POTS awareness and education are desperately needed.

Christina will never be forgotten.

Dysautonomia is a relentless, invisible illness. Those living with it fight battles every single day that most people never see or understand.

Simply getting through the day can require tremendous strength, courage, and perseverance.

The last thing they need is judgment, disbelief, criticism, or being told their “crazy,”
it’s “all in their head.”

Be kind.

Be patient.

Be compassionate.

And if kindness doesn’t come naturally in the moment, pray for a humbled heart and the wisdom to understand what someone else may be carrying.

You may not see their struggle, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t real.

In memory of Christina, may we continue to raise awareness, educate others, and extend grace to those living with POTS and Dysautonomia.

Their fight is real.

Their pain is real.

Their lives matter.

We honor the memory of Christina Tournant and continue our fight in her honor for increased action and awareness though education. 💙
