✨ Turks & Caicos
I just returned from an incredible few days in Turks & Caicos on a travel advisor FAM trip, allowing me to personally experience and inspect resorts so I can better guide my clients.

One of the best parts was sharing this experience with my fellow travel advisor friend Karen, who is with the same host agency and also lives in the same town. It made the trip even more special! A big thank you to Lori organizing such a wonderful FAM.

I spent the first part of the trip at Blue Haven Resort, a boutique-style all-inclusive offering a relaxed marina-front atmosphere — perfect for travelers wanting a quieter luxury escape. Guests also enjoy exchange privileges with Alexandra Resort on Grace Bay Beach, giving access to both peaceful and lively resort experiences.

One of the highlights was flying by small plane to Ambergris Cay Resort, a private island resort featuring luxury villas, incredible service, and total seclusion. Touring the island, enjoying oceanfront meals, and visiting a floating bar in the middle of the sea was truly unforgettable.

Seeing destinations firsthand is why site inspections matter — it allows me to confidently match my clients with the perfect vacation experience.

This past month has been one of my busiest months, and I just want to take a moment to say thank you to all of my amazing clients. Whether it was a travel delay, a flight cancellation, or last-minute changes, you trusted me to handle it—and I truly appreciate that more than you know. Your patience and confidence in me mean everything 🤍✈️
Now that all of my spring break travelers have returned from their destinations, I’ve shifted gears and am in Turks & Caicos where I did an in-depth travel agent Fam learning about the destination and doing site inspections with a wonderful travel agent friend. Then spent some R&R with a great friend.🌴☀️
A lot of people don’t always see what goes on behind the scenes in this industry, but trainings like these are such an important part of what I do. It’s not just about visiting a destination—it’s about learning the ins and outs of resorts, understanding different travel styles, building relationships with trusted suppliers, and staying up to date on the latest travel trends and experiences.
By investing time into these trainings, I’m able to bring back firsthand knowledge, better recommendations, and even more value for my clients. It allows me to match you with the right destinations, avoid potential issues before they happen, and make your trips as smooth and personalized as possible.

🍁 Happy Thanksgiving!

As we enter this season of gratitude, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks. First, I am incredibly thankful for my family, who supports me and patiently puts up with my many hours of work, and for my amazing team—Jenelle, Shelly, and Colton. I could not run this business without their dedication, hard work, and support. Their commitment allows me to serve my clients at the highest level, and I am truly grateful for each of them.

I am also deeply thankful for my clients. Whether we’ve worked together once or many times, you have allowed me to be part of your family vacations, honeymoons, bucket-list adventures, and special life moments. Your trust, support, and loyalty mean more to me than words can express.

2nd Stop: Tuscany 🇮🇹
Today’s adventure took us deep into the heart of Tuscany — by bus to the charming medieval hilltop town of San Gimignano, known as the “Town of Fine Towers.” Its skyline is dotted with ancient stone towers that once belonged to noble families, each competing for the tallest view. The cobblestone streets, artisan shops, and that irresistible Tuscan charm make this one of my absolute favorite cities to visit. 🩵

Next, we headed to a beautiful countryside villa for a fabulous Tuscan lunch — each course perfectly paired with local wine. 🍷 Let’s just say the balsamic vinegar was so good… I may have ordered them out of it! 😉

We wrapped up the evening back onboard with a night of incredible entertainment in the Viking Theatre — think Broadway-style performances mixed with classical vocals and live music. Viking Ocean Cruises really knows how to deliver a touch of elegance and talent at sea. 🎶✨

First Stop: Livorno, Italy 🇮🇹
Our cruise adventure officially began as we docked in beautiful Livorno — gateway to the Tuscan countryside! Steve spent the morning exploring a fascinating quarry excavation site (incredible to see how all that comes together!).

As for me, I spent part of my morning working — yes, I still put in quite a few hours a day even while traveling ✈️ (sleep definitely becomes optional on these trips 😅). But I may have snuck away for a bit to enjoy the ship’s amazing spa — ask me about it, it’s definitely a bonus worth experiencing!

We ended the day in Tuscany at a stunning wine estate, where we savored a multi-course meal perfectly paired with local wines. 🍷🌿 It was the most beautiful setting — truly a night to remember.

Our Italian adventure continued from our beautiful villa in the Sorrento area — a perfect farewell to the coast before boarding the train to meet our next chapter… our Western Mediterranean cruise! 🚆⚓️ We were greeted onboard with warm towels, champagne, and the most welcoming crew. Our cabin was ready, and so were we — excited for a week full of sunshine, sea days, and unforgettable memories! 🌴🥂✨ We ended the night with a wonderful meal perfectly paired with different wines — the perfect start to our cruise getaway. 🍷🍽️
