⭐️ 2026 Stars of the Summer – Phoenix and Christi! ⭐️

These two are so busy we literally had to trick them into being together so we could give them this acknowledgment of all of their hard work this summer! ☀️

Phoenix, our Dock Representative (who has now become a Lead Dock Representative because all he knows is how to step up 🗣️), and has been with us since Day 1 of our season, and has seen literally every weather pattern Juneau has had to offer! 🏔️☁️ Throughout this summer, we have seen him find his voice, literally and figuratively, as he gathers tour groups to be loaded into our vans at our crowded pick-up location. He has been the start of thousands and thousands of guests’ unforgettable helicopter experiences! 🥳🚢🚁

Christi, our Tour Attendant, has a role that is already hard on its own: on your feet constantly, making sure guests are loaded and unloaded safely, as well as ensuring that all passengers are properly safety briefed. 🚁🦺 Despite the challenges of her role, Christi has also took on the role of Driver, and has been driving for Coast Helicopters all summer as one crazy job wasn’t enough! 🚐 Not only does she kill it at her job(s), but she does it all with a smile. Christi is an essential part to our day-to-day operation and we appreciate her go-getter attitude more than words can describe! 😇📣

Both Phoenix and Christi have been important parts in many families’ vacations to Southeast Alaska, but have also been significant members in our team and our Coastal Family throughout this season. Coastal Helicopters is more than honored to shout these two amazing individuals out as our official Stars of the Summer for 2026, as they have shown all of us how much they deserve this acknowledgment and reward! ☀️🏅🎉

Thank you both for the amazing work you have done this season, and continuing to give your best effort to the very end of a historic tour season at Coastal Helicopters! 💛🚁

🎉 June 2026 Employees of the Month – Taylor & Arramina! 🎉

A huge congratulations to Taylor and Arramina for being recognized as our Employees of the Month! 🚁

🌟 Taylor, our Hybrid Guest Support, is always ready to jump in wherever help is needed. Whether it’s greeting guests downtown, leading safety briefings, helping guests gear up, or keeping things moving in the tour office, Taylor does it all with a positive attitude and a smile. We swear there must be two Taylors with how much gets accomplished in a day!

🌟 Arramina, our Dock Representative, keeps the dock running smoothly from the very first guest to the last departure. Friendly, dependable, and always ready to help, Arramina makes sure our guests start their adventure on the right foot—and keeps the team laughing along the way.

From busy cruise ship days to classic Juneau weather, these two continue to show up, work hard, support their teammates, and create memorable experiences for every guest who visits Coastal.
