Disney Starlight - Dream the Night Away!

Starting on Main Street, U.S.A and ending in Frontierland, this nighttime parade and all of its beautiful, shimmering lights are inspired by the classic Main Street Electrical Parade. Featuring beloved Disney and Pixar favorites, this is an experience you will not want to miss. Grab a snack, grab your loved ones, and grab a space early! The best viewing spots can be found on Main Street, U.S.A, Liberty Square, and Frontierland. As of right now, Starlight runs at 9:00 and 11:00. 🌟

What I expected:
✨A morning flight into Orlando that gave me plenty of time to explore the parks.
✨Afternoon resort check-in
✨Dinner at Steakhouse 71
✨Use my lightning lanes that I purchased a week in advance.

What actually happened:
✅ Flight was cancelled and rebooked.
✅ Dinner at the airport.
✅ Flight departed late.
✅ Checked into my room at 11:45pm.
✅ Unable to go to any of the parks or use my lightning lanes.

And you know what? I still had a good time. It’s important to be flexible and make the changes necessary to still make memories and have great experiences. When things don’t go the way you expect, it can be disappointing and overwhelming. Having a travel agent can help when plans don’t exactly go to plan and can ease any worries you may have.

Whether it be finding flights, modifying airport transportation, changing dining reservations, adjusting lightning lanes, or waiting on hold to make any other changes, I will do that for you and your loved ones.

Ever since my first solo trip, Amorette’s has been my go-to stop for a sweet treat. Whether your trip is for a birthday, a different special occasion, or just going for fun (and hopefully some relaxation!), there are such adorable and delicious pastries to try out. This petite Mickey Mouse dome cake is my personal favorite, filled with chocolate chiffon cake, dark chocolate mousse, and white chocolate mousse.

Looking for something for the entire family? When I book your vacation, we will be able to place an order for a custom cake, feeding up to 12-15 guests! There are a variety of flavors and designs to choose from, ranging from $67-$85.

Want to make your very own cake? This is possible too! The Cake Decorating Experience is a small-group, 90-minute class before the shop opens, inviting guests to learn about and have hands-on opportunities to see what goes into making pastries, especially the dome cake. Guests will choose between two different styles of the cake that they will then create and take with them! This experience is $199 and one reservation can accommodate two guests.

Disney Day 3

Today gave me a run for my money in the most interesting and amazing way. Out of all of the plans I had made before my trip, one thing stood out the most: the Keys to the Kingdom tour in Magic Kingdom. If you have been to Walt Disney World or have seen pictures of it, you know just how much detail goes into each and every aspect of the parks and the guest experiences, but this tour? It takes guests one step further. Disney lovers, history buffs, engineers, artists, and anyone in between could learn and take something away from this tour. My tour guide explained how Magic Kingdom is presented to guests as a show, with everything you see being part of the “stage”. From the signage, to the forced perspective of the buildings in each section of Magic Kingdom, to the parade floats, and even to the height of Cinderella’s Castle itself, there is a reason why each and every component was created the way it was. While Walt Disney himself was no longer alive when Walt Disney World opened, I think he would be proud of what has been made.

Now I will be honest. When I say it gave me a run for my money, I’m not lying. The tour itself is over five hours long and I was a little nervous the night before. The heat, humidity, standing, walking, and being with unfamiliar people for that long was intimidating, but as I went on this tour, I don’t know why I was worried. It is Disney after all. From the complimentary water bottles to the bathroom breaks to the stops in the shade and air condition to the provided lunch, guests on the tour were more than taken care of and never felt rushed. If you have time in your trip, I would definitely recommend this amazing opportunity and I would be more than happy to help you book it.

Later in the day, I enjoyed dinner at Olivia’s Cafe at Old Key West, along with their key lime and vanilla swirl. I went to Magic Kingdom to ride Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin and Pirates of the Caribbean before coming back to my room to enjoy the balcony and my last day before traveling back home. ❤️✨

The most anticipated part of my day: going on the Behind the Seeds tour! It was exciting to see all of the ways to plant and maintain the many types of plants in the greenhouses that can be seen while on the Living with the Land ride. I’ll post more in-depth about that later!

After a rainstorm passed through and settled, I headed to Magic Kingdom! No plans were made for this part of the day, and it turned out to be a great time. I’m not great with being spontaneous, but I really should try it more often!
