Sometimes the best travel advice comes from watching a family’s vacation unfold exactly the way you planned ❤️

This sweet little girl, wearing her pink Minnie ears, holding her little brother’s hand as they walked onto the Disney Wish… that’s why I love what I do. It was their very first Disney Cruise, and seeing the excitement on their faces made every detail of the planning worthwhile.

One piece of advice I give almost every Disney Cruise client is this…

Fly into Orlando the day before your cruise.

I know it adds one extra night, but the peace of mind is priceless. No stressing over delayed flights. No wondering if you’ll make it to the ship. Instead, you wake up rested and ready for one of the most magical vacations you’ll ever take.

This family chose to stay at the Hyatt inside Orlando International Airport, and Disney truly took care of the rest.

At 8:00 AM, Disney picked up their luggage right from their hotel room.

By 9:00 AM, they were relaxing in the lobby with other excited Disney Cruise families.

Their Disney motorcoach boarded at 10:00 AM, and by 11:15 AM they had arrived at Port Canaveral.

Just 30 minutes later, at 11:45 AM, they were walking onto the Disney Wish.

No rental cars.
No navigation.
No parking.
No dragging suitcases through a terminal.

Just an easy, seamless transition from the airport to the ship, surrounded by Cast Members who make the experience feel magical before you’ve even stepped on board.

Another option I love recommending is spending that pre-cruise night at a Disney Resort hotel. You can soak in a little extra Disney magic before your sailing and still enjoy the same convenient Disney Cruise Line transfers to Port Canaveral the next morning. It’s a wonderful way to make your vacation feel like it starts the moment you arrive in Orlando.

And the best part? When the cruise is over, Disney makes getting home just as simple with transportation back to Orlando International Airport.

As your travel advisor, I don’t just book vacations. I spend a lot of time thinking about the little details that make your trip smoother, less stressful, and so much more enjoyable. Sometimes those little details end up becoming some of the biggest blessings.

Watching these first-time cruisers step onto the ship reminded me why I recommend this itinerary over and over again. It simply works.

More than anything, this is because of the amazing clients who continue to trust me with their vacations. Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of so many special memories.

For the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of watching many of your families grow. I’ve celebrated engagements, weddings, honeymoons, anniversaries, babies, family vacations, graduations, and I’ve also walked alongside some of you through the loss of loved ones. Over the years, many of my clients have become friends, and that relationship is something I never take for granted 💙
