She probably won’t remember her first trip to Walt Disney World. 🥹

She won’t remember seeing the castle for the first time, meeting Mickey & Minnie, riding Dumbo with Mom and Dad, or celebrating her very first birthday in the most magical place on earth.

But I will.

I’ll remember the way she looked at the castle.
The way she reached for Mickey.
The way she laughed on her first ride.
The way we held her little hands walking down Main Street.

And as parents, I think we deserve those memories too. ❤️

We spend so much of our time making sure our babies have everything they need, creating traditions, taking the pictures, celebrating the milestones, and making their childhood magical. Sometimes we forget that we get to experience it, too.

Maybe she won’t remember this trip… but I’ll remember being 33, holding my one-year-old’s hand at Disney World, watching her experience something new for the very first time.

And someday, when she’s grown, I’ll get to tell her about the birthday trip she doesn’t remember — and show her all the pictures of just how loved she was.

She may not remember her first Disney trip.

But I will. And honestly, that’s enough for me. 🥹🏰✨
