We went on a trip without our kids and… It was amazing!
Don’t get me wrong—we missed the kids. But getting to ride what we wanted, eat where we wanted, sleep in a little, and enjoy Disney at our own pace was such a fun experience.

Disney isn’t just for families with little ones. It’s also an amazing destination for couples, friends, and adults who still love a little magic. 🏰❤️

🌴 Wish You Were Here Wednesday: Cabo San Lucas, Mexico 🇲🇽

This week, I’m reminiscing about one of my favorite destinations—Cabo San Lucas! I absolutely love Mexico, and Cabo has always held a special place in my heart. It’s also one of my dad’s favorite places to visit, so our family has made many trips here over the years.

We first started coming to Cabo when I was in high school, and back then some of our favorite memories were made at the legendary El Squid Roe. These days, our vacations look a little different, and it’s been so much fun experiencing Cabo through our kids’ eyes.

The boys usually enjoy deep-sea fishing and golfing, while my sister and I love snorkeling (when the waves cooperate!), swimming, and exploring the town. There’s truly something for everyone here, which is why it’s been such a perfect destination for our multigenerational family trips.

Over the years, we’ve stayed at several resorts, but we keep coming back to Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf & Spa. Between the beautiful pools, stunning ocean views, and relaxing resort atmosphere, it offers the perfect balance of beach and resort life.

Cabo has given our family so many wonderful memories over the years, and it remains one of our favorite places to return to again and again.

✈️ Travel Trend Tuesday ✈️

One of the biggest travel trends right now is **multi-generational travel**—and I get why.

Some of our favorite vacations have included grandparents, cousins, aunts, and uncles. Our recent Disney and Universal trip with extended family made so many special memories, and the kids still talk about all the fun they had together.

🏖️ Beach vacations are another great option. We've done a couple with extended family, including a trip to Cabo that was a huge hit. The kids stay busy swimming and playing while the adults actually get a chance to relax.

Whether it's Disney, Universal, a cruise, or a beach destination, traveling with extended family can make a great trip even better.

My husband realized he forgot deodorant on our last trip, and thankfully the Emporium on Main Street had travel-size essentials available behind the counter. 🙌

Hi friends! I thought it would be fun to share a few random facts about me and get to know you a little better, too! ❤️

A few fun facts about me:

🏰 I'm a travel agent specializing in Disney, Universal, cruises, and family vacations.

👩‍🏫 I was a teacher for 10 years before becoming a stay-at-home homeschooling mom.

👧👦 I have two amazing kiddos, Scout and Hawk, who are usually my favorite travel buddies.

🎬 My favorite Disney movie is 101 Dalmatians—and I was so obsessed with it as a kid that I convinced my parents to adopt a Dalmatian! His name was Rudy, and she was the best dog. 🐶

🥤 I can almost always be found with a Dr Pepper in hand.

🎃 Halloween season at Disney is my absolute favorite time to visit.

🎄 I listen to Disney music and Christmas music almost year-round. No shame here!

😅 My biggest irrational phobia? Stray human hair. Animal hair doesn't bother me one bit, but if I find a human hair (even my own!) on my shirt, bed, in the shower, or basically anywhere, it gives me the biggest ick.

🎢 My family loves BOTH Disney and Universal, so choosing between them is nearly impossible! ( We love all travel)
