Surprise! New Halloween at Disneyland vlog is up on YouTube 👻🎃✨

Solo morning + trying new foods & making a teeny bit of progress on my goal to get a photo with each of the characters in their Halloween costumes! Plus a few clips going back for the evening & enjoying some rides + the magic of spooky season.

It was also a HOT one (from a bit ago)—and it took me about 3 weeks to get this up! But now I can say link to the channel is in my bio!

If you have a favorite new food so far this season (or one you can’t wait to try), what is it? I think the best NEW food I’ve tried is the Mickey Waffle Macaron🧇

First off, I’m Chanelle, a mom, Disneyland local, & Disney Travel Specialist who crafts seasonal guides for my clients🧡

These are all the NEW & returning foods I’ve had so far this season that I’d actually get again & have added to my Disney parks guide!

I’m also a Magic Key Holder who goes weekly so you know I’m also rating them! Since these are foods I recommend, they all have at least a 7/10 ⭐️

At least worth a try! And spoiler: nothing on here has pumpkin 🎃 🙈

A very solid cold brew that’s not bitter at all!

The carnitas are SO good on this but the bread left much to be desired. I’d still recommend it though! And it’s huge!!

This is a returning item and it makes a fabulous dinner!! I also love that kids can get pizza at Alien Pizza Planet making it a great family spot.

Knocked 2 stars off because this was super hard to eat & a little bit soggy, but the flavor was great!

Probably my favorite savory snack, yes I said snack!

I dream about this returning cold brew all year long and the one I had this day did not disappoint! Surprisingly, not too sweet and perfect if you love peanut butter 🥜

Wanted to love this and give a 10/10! But I ordered it as my lunch and it’s definitely more buffalo CHEESY bread rather than chicken. It would be so good to share with a friend as a snack rather than a meal!

My favorite of all time. I had this for breakfast I was craving it so badly and couldn’t wait😅 Marshmallow, PB, chocolate chips on top of a Disneyland churro. Perfection!

Actually really enjoyed this! Garlic, chicken, harissa, YUM.

We tried all the Jolly Holiday treats and while I did enjoy the pumpkin cupcake even though I don’t like cream cheese frosting, the brownie pie was the winner! Definitely would get again!! Tasted like slightly undercooked Ghirardelli brownies 🍫

Wow wow wow. I don’t even like mocktails or sugary drinks but this HIT. THE. SPOT. on a hot day 🔥🥭 🍋‍🟩

If you’re going on a Disney Cruise soon, you may have wondered about how to get a good Port Arrival Time or PAT… well, this post is for you 🚢

As a Disney Travel Specialist & Type A mom who wants to maximize every moment of her cruise she spent all that $$ on, I refuse to have a late port arrival time! I want to get on that ship as early as possible & also enjoy it before it gets busy…

This is my strategy if you also want that extra time on board:

Option 1: Book concierge: the guaranteed way to get on early, because concierge guests get to be among the first to board! And book with an experienced TA so you can ensure you understand everything you need to know about these perks so you can actually get your money’s worth 💰

Option 2: Book Disney Cruise Line Transportation: when you book DCL transport, you get to board when the motor coach arrives, which is in the morning! PAT doesn’t matter for these guests. The caveat? DCL transport is only offered from certain points: the local port airport & Disney preferred hotels! As a TA, I highly recommend doing a pre-cruise stay for less stress🫶🏻

Option 3: Master your online-check in! Whether you’re a first time cruiser or part of the Castaway Club, checking as fast as you can when your check-in time arrives is the best way to snag an early PAT. I’m happy with anything in the 12pm range! Have all your documents saved to your phone AND computer ahead of time, including headshots, citizen doc information, credit card info, etc. That way you’re not scrambling last minute 😵‍💫 and triple check your online check-in date and time! For any of us not on EST, the date is actually the day before since it’s prior to 12am EST!

Bonus: if you’re part of the Castaway Club, you get an earlier Online Check-In time, so maybe also book a cruise so on your next one, you get an earlier time😉

Hi, I’m Chanelle from Chanelle Tabatabaie and I’m a mom who lovesss Disney Cruises and is also a Disney Travel Specialist! I help families plan magical vacations with as little stress as possible so I try to share my best tips here, and you can also follow me for daily doses of Disney magic at the parks too ✨

This is Day 4 of my DCL series and since I’m always looking out for my first time cruisers, these are the 5 things you absolutely must do on your first Disney Cruise!

Best part is? None of them require any reservations or cost extra. The 1st and 5th are my favorite moments on the ship🩵

It’s hard to pick only 5 things, but when looking back, these truly are the top 5 that we personally love & the ones I also recommend to my clients! Especially families.

If you do all 5 of these, I would almost guarantee you’ll walk away feeling satisfied 🫶🏻

It’s hard to pick a favorite moment since we have a few, but one of the best things about a Disney Cruise is FunnelVision on the pool deck!

Disney movies at night, while swimming, before the rest of the ship wakes up, and even when it’s raining—bonus is the soft serve is right there so you just cozy up with an ice cream cone. The most relaxed I’ve felt on a cruise!

People tend to recommend choosing a sailing based on itineraries over ships, but the ship you choose is so important!

Here are some ideas based off the ship:
Magic: AquaDunk
Wonder: Tiana’s Palace dinner
Dream/Fantasy: Goofy’s Sport Deck
Wish: Arendelle dinner
Treasure: Haunted Mansion Parlor! (or Coco dinner which is unique to the Treasure)
Destiny: visit De Vil’s Lounge

Hercules on the Destiny, Moana on the Treasure, Beauty & the Beast on the Dream, Aladdin on the Wish, Tangled on the Magic, Frozen on the Wonder, the Golden Mickeys, etc.

You really can’t go wrong! Just pick the night it makes the most sense for your sailing or ask your TA for recommendations 🎟️
