We love Tusker House because it’s a fun way to meet several characters, try some unique foods, and take a break from exploring the park — all at the same time.

This live stage show brings some of your favorite characters from Finding Nemo to life with colorful puppets, catchy music, and incredible performers.

And here’s another reason we love it: it’s the perfect mid-day break! 🙌

Animal Kingdom days can be HOT ☀️, and this show gives your family a chance to sit down, cool off in the air conditioning, and enjoy some Disney magic before heading back out into the park.

Here’s your reminder that the next time you visit Disney’s Animal Kingdom, you can tap into your inner Russell and become a true Wilderness Explorer! 🎈🦜

Wilderness Explorers is a FREE, self-guided adventure inspired by Disney and Pixar’s Up that takes you all around Animal Kingdom.

🗺️ You can find Wilderness Explorer stations throughout the park using the map in your My Disney Experience app.

📖 Stop by any station to pick up your free Wilderness Explorer handbook before you get started.

🏅 At each station, Cast Members will guide you through fun, hands-on activities where you’ll learn about animals, nature, conservation, and different cultures—all while earning Wilderness Explorer badge stickers for your handbook!

There are more than 30 badges to earn, so you definitely don’t have to do them all in one day. Our family visits a couple of new stations each time we go to Animal Kingdom.

It’s become one of our favorite ways to fill the time between rides and shows, and my girls LOVE adding new badge stickers to their books with each visit. ❤️

✨ Travel Advisor Tip: Don’t feel like you have to complete the whole book in one trip! Save it, bring it back on your next visit, and make earning new badges part of your Animal Kingdom tradition.

If you’re like me, this heat has you wishing fall would hurry up already! 🍂🎃

Well, at Walt Disney World, fall has officially arrived! The pumpkins are already hanging on Main Street, U.S.A., and Magic Kingdom is giving us ALL the fall vibes. 🧡🏰

There’s just something extra magical about Disney in the fall—the decorations, the seasonal treats, and that first glimpse of a pumpkin-covered Main Street. 🎃✨

One of the main reasons we always rope drop Peter Pan’s Flight at Magic Kingdom… it’s the queue, y’all. 💚✨

We’re 100% a Lightning Lane family. You won’t catch us in many standby lines, but this ride queue is truly magical and if you use a lightning lane you’ll skip it.

Watching Peter’s shadow fly by, seeing Tink twinkling around sprinkling pixie dust… that’s the Disney magic I come for, and I ain’t missing it.

Sometimes it’s the little details that make Disney feel like Disney.

It’s our favorite way to kick off a Magic Kingdom day. 💚✨

It’s HOT at Disney World right now. 🥵 There’s no point pretending otherwise!

One of our favorite ways to beat the heat in EPCOT is Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana. It’s an interactive walkthrough where your kids (or you… no judgment 😅) can splash, play, and cool off.

When the kids are melting down (literally), everyone is hot, you’ve already walked miles, and Mom and Dad are starting to question every life decision that led to this vacation… head to Journey of Water.

Take a break. Slow down. Cool off.

We always pack a change of clothes for our girls, and there’s a restroom conveniently located nearby where they can change into something dry before we continue exploring the park.

Trust me—this little stop can completely reset your day. You’ll leave cooler, happier, and ready to tackle the rest of EPCOT.

✨ Pro tip: Pack an extra outfit for the kids and make Journey of Water part of your afternoon plan. It brings the temperature down in more ways than one!

Journey into Imagination with Figment may not have the longest line or the biggest thrills, but for our family, it’s a must-do every single trip.

Annie Jett is a full-blown Figment fan girl. 💜 She asks to ride it every time we’re at EPCOT, and her favorite part is getting to meet Figment when you walk out!

On our last trip, she came home with her very own “baby figgie” (that’s what she calls her Figment plush 🥹), and it has been one of her favorite souvenirs ever since.

Sometimes the rides that get overlooked end up becoming the memories your kids talk about long after the trip is over.

Don’t skip Figment. 💜
