Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu is a live-action film set for release on May 22, 2026, continuing the story of Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and Grogu after the Disney+ series, with the New Republic enlisting their help against scattered Imperial warlords. Directed by Jon Favreau, the movie also stars Sigourney Weaver and Jeremy Allen White, and will feature Grogu with more action and Force-power demonstrations. It’s the first of a new slate of Star Wars films, expanding the scale from television to the big screen.
