Meet Kayla, J.J. and Bentley! They are our camp crew. You'll find them baking desserts, cleaning the cabin, prepping food, setting tables and serving hunters. J.J. is an expert at passing out bottles of water and ringing the dinner bell. He also enjoys stirring ingredients. Bentley is a good companion, camp greeter, and biscuit hunter. Kayla also handles emails, client inquiries and a million other behind the scenes tasks to keep us rolling at hunt camp. Thankful for this bunch! Y'all show em some love with a like or even a comment if you have had one of those good camp desserts!

Say hello to our South African Team! This is Arrie and Ratel. Arrie is a licensed professional hunter. He is very skilled in spot and stalk style hunting, and he is rock steady when dangerous scenarios arise. During his off season, Arrie guides for us in Texas for 2 months. He spends the rest of the year busy with hunters in Africa. Arrie aligns with the way we operate with integrity, client experience, and safety as priorities. Ratel is a bavarian mountain hound. He is fun around the house playing fetch and keeping the kids entertained. He is an expert tracker on wounded animals. Many times he has led hunters right to an animal that traveled a long distance from the initial shot. He is a great dog, but he does have a wild side. He likes to steal items from the house and bury them outside. Don't be surprised if your pajamas end up in the flowerbed if Ratel is around!

This is Jason and Ridge. Jason is the owner and lead guide at Team Swamp Stomp. He is often found in the woods or on the water guiding any of Team Swamp Stomp's many excursions. You might also catch him in the office or in the kitchen at camp. Ridge is his accomplice in most things. Ridge is a hunting machine. If it has feathers or fur, he will get it. He goes on all of the thermal hunts to blood track, and he is great in the quail field. Ridge is a great buddy, and he is a protector of the home. However, his favorite extra-curriculars are rolling in dead things and chasing coyotes. A dog can't be perfect right?
