Eating gluten free at Disney doesn't have to be overwhelming.

As someone with celiac disease, I know how stressful dining away from home can feel. That's why Disney is one of the places where I feel most comfortable eating.

From allergy-friendly menus to chefs who are happy to discuss your dietary needs, Disney goes above and beyond to help guests with food allergies feel safe and included. Whether I'm grabbing a quick snack or sitting down for a table-service meal, I know my allergy request is taken seriously.

And can we talk about the gluten-free Patty Melt at Carnation Café? It was absolutely delicious, and I happily ate every last bite! It didn't feel like I was settling for a substitute. It felt like I was enjoying a great meal.

No destination can guarantee a risk-free dining experience, but Disney has consistently made me feel cared for, and that peace of mind lets me focus on what really matters... making magical memories. 💙

To my incredible friends... thank you for being exactly who you are and for sharing life with me.

From wandering international cities and tropical islands to laughing over coffee or simply vegging out on the sofa, it's never really been about where we are. It's about who I'm with.

You've celebrated my highs, carried me through the hard days, encouraged my dreams, and filled my life with more laughter (and bubs) than I ever thought possible.

Thank you for the adventures, the memories, and the countless moments in between. My world is better because each of you is in it. Here's to many more passport stamps, spontaneous road trips, backyard chats, and nights that turn into lifelong memories.
