This January seemed like we needed a jump start. I am not sure if it were the uncertainty of the incoming and outgoing presidents, or if it was recovering from the holidays, and yet still we perservere.
Sometimes life is like that, isn’t it ? Treading water for a time until we catch a breath and start making real progress again. Life requires us to think outside “of the box”, or from what we have grown accustomed to. And then we see that is growth, not stagnation.
Where is stagnation in your life physically, mentally, and spiritually? Are we challenging ourselves in our downtimes? Or do we let the lazy human nature take control?
Most likely if January was a thirty-one day reset, your ready to get after it again. So the challenge is there to evaluate three areas of our life and ensure that stagnant energy is not wasted.

This season seems to always be a very busy one. From moving in clients to new home or recently remodeled to decorating for the holidays, the days are filled with meeting the clients needs. A current client donates excess of his home tht is no longer needed. Current client has a wife who no longer will cook at home, will not read a cookbook, or shop for groceries. She will not go shopping again, for clothes or Christmas decor, because dementia has stolen her memory. There have been times she thought her neighbors house was where to go shopping, and moment she was scared of her husband who she didn’t recognize. We help donate items, but more importantly is the personal assistant services to help a client navigate what a needed and what is not !
