Halloween will be tasty in Manzanita. Stop at the visitors center from noon to 2pm and decorate delicious cupcakes. Then at 3pm take part in the Manzanita trick or treating event.

Have you been to the Spinn Cafe?
They opened the doors in March in the old lobby of the Spinn Hotel in downtown Manzanita, and they aim to make it feel like a place to come in, settle down, and stay a while. A lot of the menu is made from scratch with organic, local, and eco-friendly products wherever they can. Come in for top-notch espresso, fresh salads, a charcuterie board to share, and sweet or savory crepes (served until 9pm). There's also a full bar for when you're ready to wind down.

MEET THE CAST: MAT NEAHRING
Mat Neahring is the youth pastor at Calvary Bible Church in Manzanita, where he’s used to public speaking, just not while fending off vampires. Making his Riverbend Players and stage debut, Mat is having a great time figuring it out. He lives with his wife, Carrie, their four teenagers and two dogs, and Mat enjoys hiking, camping, and collecting fountain pens.

Riverbend Players Community Theater invites you to experience Bram Stoker’s legendary tale of terror in a completely different way with DRACULA: THE RADIO PLAY, adapted by Philip Grecian.

Step back into the golden age of radio as our cast brings Dracula to life live on stage, complete with dramatic performances, multiple character voices, live sound effects, and all the atmosphere of an old-time radio broadcast.

Close your eyes, and you’ll swear you’re listening to a broadcast from another era. Keep them open, and you’ll get to see exactly how the magic and the terror are created.
