A note to anyone, anywhere, who’s trying to achieve their dreams.

I get to work with some of the coolest, most amazing humans in the world, and I’m incredibly grateful for that. Troy and I have worked for a long time to build Top Tier Travel into what it is today, and we’ll continue to show up, work hard, and give it everything we have every single day.

But that doesn’t mean all of the perfectly curated moments you see are actually perfect all the time.

So take it easy on yourself.

There’s a lot online that isn’t real, and even when it is real, someone else’s path has absolutely nothing to do with yours. Their timeline doesn’t need to be your timeline. Their wins don’t take away from yours.

Some days you’ll feel like you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be, and other days you’ll wonder if you’re doing anything right at all.

All you can do is keep showing up, try your hardest, be a good person, and keep going.
