Yesterday our team attended and participated at the ๐Š๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฌ๐ก๐š๐ง ๐•๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐š ๐•๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š๐ ๐ž ๐†๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐œ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ฒ.

Kulshan Vista reflects Community Action of Skagit County commitment to building permanent housing solutions that strengthen families, improve student outcomes, and invest in the long-term resilience of Skagit County. Community Action is working in coordination with the Mount Vernon School District to support families experiencing housing instability.

Phase One will deliver 24 family-oriented apartments serving households earning between 30% and 60% of Area Median Income, with priority given to families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. A second 24-unit phase is planned to expand access to affordable housing in this neighborhood.

Kulshan Vista Village demonstrates how leadership and strong partnerships create real solutions for the betterment of Skagit County. A huge thank you to Community Action of Skagit County and the Mount Vernon School District for making this happen.
