Meet our latest JRA Speaker, Cory Sims!👏

Cory gained international recognition as the runner-up on Season 2 of Beast Games, one of the largest and most intense competitions ever created.

Competing against 200 contestants selected from more than 400,000 applicants worldwide, Cory advanced to the final challenge, finishing second in a competition with a grand prize of $5 million. His journey captured the attention of millions and became a powerful platform to share lessons on faith, perseverance, character, and resilience.

After serving more than eight years in the United States Navy, including a deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Cory transitioned into federal service and the private sector, building a successful career in government contracting and acquisition management. As the founder of the Warrior Wings Foundation, Cory is dedicated to helping homeless veterans find stability, purpose, and hope.

Welcome the newest member to join JRA Speakers! 🙌

Matt Smallbone is a pastor, author, and sought-after speaker who helps people move from spiritual intention to spiritual transformation.

Matt is the author of The Prayer Experiment, a book born out of a year-long journey of praying the Lord’s Prayer multiple times a day. What began as a personal response to insecurity became a transformative practice that reshaped his experience of God’s presence, his inner life, and his daily rhythms.

This message has resonated widely, especially with those who have struggled with prayer, offering a simple, accessible pathway into a more consistent and meaningful spiritual life.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Matt serves as the Lead Pastor of Church of the City – Downtown, a thriving and influential congregation in the heart of the city.
