It's TIME!! The Chase Sapphire Preferred just increased their bonus offer to a whopping 100,000 points after spending $5K in three months. If that's not enough to convince you, they've also increased the annual hotel credit to $100 AND included a Global Entry/TSA pre-check credit of $120. This is CRAZY! Haven't been referring this one lately because the bonus has been terrible! Right now though, on the Personal Southwest Card, there is a bonus as high as 90,000 points after spending $3,000 in three months. You'd also receive 10,000 points in your account just for having the credit card. That gives you 103,000 points.

The great thing about this is that once you hit 135,000 points, you'll earn the coveted Southwest Companion Pass, allowing someone in your party to ALWAYS fly free...everywhere you go! That means that you'd only have to spend enough to make up the difference of 103,000 and 135,000 (32,000 points). There are lots of ways of doing this (besides spend).

This bonus has gotten a lot of families to Hawaii! I have two families who have returned in the last month! Also, when you have ANY Southwest card, your luggage is free, and you get to choose your seats at no charge. That can save a TON of money!

Southwest has increased it's business card bonus to a whopping 120,000 points!!! Can we say, "Companion Pass time, friends!?!"

You only have to earn 135,000 points in a calendar year to earn the Companion Pass, so if you can spend $15K to earn the 120,000, you'd be only 15,000 points away from earning the most coveted pass in the travel industry! And if you earned it in the next few months, you'd have the pass through December 31, 2025!!

How do I know? Because we have two!! Everywhere we travel, two people are ALWAYS free!

How many flights have we taken this year? Vail, CO, Washington DC, Punta Cana, DR, Sarasota, FL, Orlando, FL (and probably two more this year). And most of the time, two people have flown for $5.20 each (taxes)!
