It was once a central hub for medicine serving patients who were living in poverty and didn’t carry health insurance.

Some of these places were completely untouched since the storm, some had revitalization efforts that fell short, but every photo tells a story.

Below ground in an abandoned hospital there lies a flooded autopsy theatre where doctors would stand around and learn on cadavers. I’ll never forget the first time I laid eyes on this room, it was something out of a horror movie but this wasn’t a movie… it was real life.

A sink I found in the kitchen of an abandoned multi million $$$ mansion, but it was not just any sink. This sink is authentic antique rare German silver and can retail anywhere from $5,000 to $15,000 and even possibly more! Pretty crazy to find this and I would be lying if I wasn’t tempted to bring the power tools inside, but gotta leave it how you found it!

Did you know about the Hurricane Katrina Memorial located in Mid City New Orleans? Let me know if you did. It is one of the most hidden memorials in the U.S…Because it’s located in old Charity Hospital Cemetery and the gate is locked late at night it’s easy to miss. From the outside there is virtually nothing indicating there is a memorial past the gates. But it is a very beautiful site.

An abandoned self service car wash. Saw this driving to another abandoned location and thought I’d jump out and film it real quick. It was in a really low income part of town where a lot of businesses had closed and become vacant.
